How quickly will my order arrive?
Orders placed before 3pm on a working day dispatch the same day. Stocked items typically arrive within 1–3 working days; made-to-order items are labelled with their own lead time on the product page.
Can we order against a purchase order?
Yes — institutional and trade accounts can order against a PO rather than a card. Get in touch and we will set your account up with the right terms.
Do you provide certificates of conformity?
Certificates of conformity and, where applicable, batch documentation are available on request for consumables and reagents — ask when you order or contact us afterwards with your order number.
What is your returns policy?
Unopened stock in its original packaging can be returned within 30 days at no restocking fee. Opened consumables and made-to-order items are handled case by case — see the Returns & Refunds page for the full policy.
How does bulk pricing work?
Most consumables have quantity-break pricing shown on the product page — order more of one line and the per-unit price drops automatically. Above a certain quantity or order value, the page switches to a quote request instead of direct checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card payment at checkout, or a bank transfer with the order held until payment is verified. Institutional accounts can also order against a purchase order — see above.
